HD Twin Carb Manifold

This cast alloy and machined American made manifold was a design of Jerry Branch and he contracted Sudco to make them many moons ago.
Arlen Ness used twin carb systems on many of his bike builds years ago.

Description Of Components:

Mikuni carburetors:
Mikuni carburetors have infinite adjustability. We have been able to zero in on the amount of fuel delivery in all the circuits.
They also allow us to regulate the amount of incoming air to be mixed with the fuel. With this type of adjustability, fuel mileage and performance are things that some carburetor kits lack. Some carburetor kits simply have an intermediate jet, main jet and an idle mixture screw which limits adjustability when transitioning from low to higher speeds. Oh yeah, no more sucking air around worn throttle shafts.

Special Alloy Manifolds:
We cannot take credit for designing these alloy manifolds. The flow characteristics and design have been traced back to the Jerry Branch neck of the woods.
The alloy manifolds are the same design used by many bike builders back in the day. This design has been used by Arlen Ness and others.

Dan Casey has our carburetor system on his 1966 shovelhead and said, Quote:
